We love watching our studio community grow and supporting our members as their families expand. Pregnancy is not only a miracle, but also a serious physical undertaking. You’ve got to prepare your body for baby the same way you would train for a marathon (growing a family is just that, isn’t it!?!?).

Whether you’ve worked out for years or you’re returning to exercise for the first time, we can craft a prenatal Pilates program for you that meets you where you are in your pregnancy journey and provides you with support as you inch towards the finish line.
Pilates is a practice rooted in pelvic strength and core control, making it the perfect compliment to your prenatal plan. Our classes are mommy-friendly and can be modified to support your evolving prenatal body. At the start of each trimester, we’ll review prenatal modifications with you so that you can enroll in classes with confidence.
For your safety, we require all prenatal clients to book one private before jumping into our classes and online workouts. We also recommend that you book at least one private each trimester. During these sessions, we can specifically address the physical changes you are undergoing and provide you with the visual and tactile cues you need to maintain and advance your prenatal Pilates practice.
Our Prenatal Pilates w/ Props Bundle is a studio favorite among our expectant moms. This series includes eight Pilates-inspired prenatal mat, barre, apparatus, and run routines to keep your prenatal workouts on track when you can’t make it to Ploome. Take 15-55 minutes to show your body the TLC it deserves from the comforts of home!
