We Designed this Recovery Workout Exclusively for the Philadelphia Eagles

Hey there, Philly! Ploome Pilates is getting a whole new look this year and, to celebrate, we’re working to take social media by storm (not a small task, I know!). To that end, we will be rolling out daily blog posts designed to educate, inspire, and amuse you! Welcome to Sundays with Stoltz, our weekly Pilates equipment demos and descriptions created to increase your understanding of how our dope Pilates apparatus actually works and starring yours truly, Pilates education extraordinaire Head Mistress Stoltz

This week, in honor of the Philadelphia Eagles, we are sharing something very special with you. As many of you know, Ploome Pilates has had the honor and privilege of working with members of this incredible football team over the years. It was always a dream of mine to collaborate with professional athletes at our Northern Liberties studio and beyond. The players with whom I have spent time are truly inspiring athletes and role models. I feel blessed to have worked with them and to continue to meet more of them.

Each year, I like to send something special to my Eagles – a small token of gratitude for the time I get to spend with them and for the knowledge and experience they have helped me to gain by virtue of our work together. In fall 2017, that thank you gift took the form of an exclusive Philadelphia Eagles Recovery Workout designed by me (Head Mistress Stoltz) for them (any Eagle who needed a little extra TLC after game day).

Two of our fabulous Frequent Ploomers, Dor and Martin, star in this 35-minute Pilates mat routine. It’s quick, easy, and effective. Like I tell all of my clients, it doesn’t matter how much or how long you work out…it matters how well you work out.

Maximize your results by working smarter and not harder, by honoring your body, and by giving it at least 30 minutes of movement every day. Couple that with mindful eating and a ton of water and you, my friend, have yourself a practical program that will help you to maintain the progress you are currently seeing and to crush your larger fitness and wellness goals over time.

We welcome you to share a sweat with us anytime. Workout like the Pros every day with Ploome Pilates. #flyeaglesfly
